Thursday How are you moving/eating?

I've been running errands today and couldn't post this till now......

I'm off to my workout room to do 30 minutes each of my treadmill and home gym....I have a few sore muscles from yesterday, so will try to work on different muscle groups today.....

Today I had Yogurt and Caribou coffee for Breakfast, For lunch I had my homemade soup, and dinner will be my homemade soup....

I'm happy to say I'm 3 pounds down so far this week....

My goal is to lose a total of 15 pounds by June, as I'm going on vacation to NY.....

How are you moving /eating?

New York sounds wonderful!
I've been riding the exercycle each day - I'm only doing so for 14-15 minutes so far, but I'll increase it.  I'll be glad when I can substitute walking outside, as it is boring.   But it's getting me going anyway!

That is great.....14-15 minutes on the bike....Just keep adding a minute here and there and before you know it you'll be up to 45 minutes.....

My NUT told me 60 minutes of exercise a day, This week I have been getting that in, but prior, hardly anything....It feels good to be exercising again, I feel healthier.....Plus I'm taking my vitamins again, I kind of quit taking them on a regular basis, and I could tell....

I did some sit up's today for the 1st time in along time....OMG, I could only do 15.....
