Wednesday, How are you moving/eating?

Today I'm making my Roast Beef, Cabbage, Carrot, Celery soup......For the next 3 days I'll be eating soup and protein shakes.....I need to kick in my weight loss....And this will get things moving, literally......:)
Treadmill and Home Gym for 30 minutes each......
How are you moving/eating?
I think it's good to share what you eat, because it gives others ideas on what to eat......I know I get sick of the same old same old stuff.....

The soup sounds wonderful!!
I wish my surgeon would let me eat soup....he barely lets me have chili....and only then when it is very,very thick!!
Not sure if I will be out walking today....this cold has gotten the best of me....really feeling awful....hope I can go walking agian tomorrow.

Today i went to the gym i did 30 min on the arc and ran for 30 min on the treadmill.
For breakfast i had kashi go lean high protein high fiber cereal........lunch fage yogurt with cinnamon on it with some blueberries and granola on top............Dinner Quinoa and fish and green beans.
