This morning I took my Foster dog Thor for a walk....
I will also be going on my treadmill after lunch....
edit- did the treadmill for 30 minutes.....

Gotta go to the gym tonight. My goal all last week and this week too is 2 miles on the treadmill in 30 minutes and weights/resistance for 30 minutes working at least 3 muscle groups. IE: Arms, chest, abs or legs
Also, tonight and last night hubby and I are working out together for the first time in a long time. he likes to show me up in push ups...but thats ok!!!

I'm Thor looks like he'd need a good walk now & then!!
I'm doing my stationary bike. I have the aerodyne - you move your arms as well as legs on it. I'm doing it AT LEAST once a day, five days a week, twice sometimes. I already did it this morning!

Yes, Thor is 80 pounds of pure muscle, Thank God he is good on leash or he's be taking me for a walk, LOL.....He's my favorite foster dog, I'm thinking of keeping him, he's a snuggler and listens very well....
I think once Spring comes I will start running with him, the ice on the roads right now scares me too much....

My 4-legged son, Jack, is an Australian shepard. Unfortunately NOT a snuggler. Stays close, but not snuggling close! I think maybe he gets too warm or something. But he is a sweetheart - best dog in the world.
