YAY for you.....2 miles is better than none....

I pulled out a few summer clothes and they were a little tight, so that alone has given me the motivation to get back to exercise.....

I am cleaning my bedroom............top to bottom...................I only have 3 kids for the AM day so we went to the laundrymat and washed all the comforters, went to the store....... We have just been on the go..........It is nice for a change  I know it's not the treadmill but  it works............

Every bit of movement counts......Cleaning is a good workout too, especially if your lifting, etc.....

How often do you do Yoga?

I've thought about buying a DVD and trying it....

ran 30 min on the treadmill and 30 min on the arc and then did my strength training.
