I did my treadmill for 30 minutes and home gym for 30 minutes....

I'm heading up to Lifetime tonight to get on the treadmill or ellipitcal for 30 min. & then will follow that with some weight training.  I'm finally getting back to working out after being sick for awhile...I'm really looking forward to it!!

Taking tonight off from the gym but I get to go hang out with Brody, so he always good for some cardio with grandma!!! 
He loves to bounce and jump up an down. That is me holding him while I bounce and jump!! So thats gotta count for something!! My arms usually ache for a couple of days of doing that!!! 


Good Job Kel on the home gym!!! and treadmill!!! Love your dedication!!

Brody is definitley a workout.....Have fun with him.....

I maybe joining Anytime fitness, Afton & Brianna joined and he can add me to his plan for $20 a month, so I'm thinking about it....Going to go check out the one in Becker to see if I like it....

Hello Kelly...congrats on your exercise program!

I have started walking again...sure feels great. I can't go the three miles I did before I broke my hip but I went close to two yesterday....it will come along!!
