I'm late with this thread because I've been dizzy all day....I made a promise to myself that I would do the treadmill everyday, so finally decided just to get on the dang thing....

Happy to say I was on for 30 minutes, for 1.709 miles and burned 290.4 calories....Heart rate was 165....

I'm hoping once hubby gets home to take a walk outside.....
