I got on my treadmill and went 1.649 miles, burned 295.1 calories and had my heart rate up to 151....That's pretty good since my heart rate is usually 55.....

After I run some errands I plan to do my home gym for 30 minutes, and take my Foster dog for a walk outside, it's nice out.....

YAY, I lost 1 pound this week so far.....

That is really good!!! however if I got my heart rate up that high it would EXPLODE!!! 
I will go to the gym tonight after work, I missed last night and feel terrible, but I really needed the rest!!! 

Good for you on the loss of 1 pound!! You will make your goals, at one pound at a time!!!!

I was movin' and a groovin' yesterday!  I was on the exercycle.  I want to make a habit of it, so I'll do it again after work!

I went to the gym and ran on the treadmill for 30 min and then i did 30min on the arc and i feel so good .then tonight i will be going to a yoga class  that is a fun class
