Be Well

Be well. Two words, six letters; a simple yet powerful wi**** is the wish I have for each of you and, ultimately, it is the wish I have for myself. Most of us struggle at times with our physical, mental, or spiritual health. There are so many challenges to overcome as our journeys unfold with stalls, insurance hassles, depression, relationship issues, head hunger, surgical complications, cross addictions, soaring hormones, swirling emotions, health problems, and whatever else presenting potentially impossible obstacles to overcome as we seek a better, healthier life. I repeat those two words to myself when I feel lost, when I realize I am getting down on myself, and when I need to forgive myself and get back on track. I have had to do that pretty often this past year and it has helped me to embrace life like never before. My journey continues, as does yours. Embrace what your new life has to offer and be well.

Thank you, RP.   I agree.  To be well is everything!  Thanks for the reminder of what is really important.
