How do you cook all of these veggie burgers without drying them out? Before surgery I used to microwave them, but now they are too dry for me. I have even tried simmering them in water on the stove and the edges still are dry - I usually end up eating the middle part....the dog gets the edges!

i throw it on my George Foreman for like 2 mins.. yes they can dry out easily.. but I usually eat it with some kind of salsa or sauce of some kind I whip up...
sometimes I crumble it on top of a "taco" salad I make with ground chicken taco meat.. it just adds more to the salad.. especially if its a lil crispy from cooking it
