Ash Wednesday, New outlook to exercise

Last year was a hard year for me, I went through a lot of depression, Well with the help of my Counselor and Friends and Pastor my life is going pretty well......With all that stress my exercising and eating habits went out the window......Anyhow, I'm trying to get back on track with eating and exercise.....

It's Ash Wednesday today for those of you that are religious, and this morning I made a promise to Myself and God, instead of giving something up like Meat on Fridays, I'm going to add exercise everyday......Hopefully that will start the trend for me to get everything else back on track too......

So after my Son got on the bus, I went downstairs and got on my treadmill.......Went for 30 minutes, 1.765 miles, and burned 284.1 calories. I'm out of shape, as I sit here wheezing from doing the treadmill.....uhhh....It did feel good though....

Anyone else have a lent story????
