Stuck at 170 for 2 mons & 9 mons out- how do I kick start weightloss?
Okay wise ones...
I've been approx 170 for 2 mons now.. what gives?
I'm doing the portion control, eating what I should, drinking what I should, walking at least 30 mins a day... and I'm stuck.
Are there any tricks to kick starting weightloss again?
Is just pure stress causing this? (unbelievable amount of stress atm)
Can you go back to basics and do a protein shake diet to restart weightloss?

Not sure if I'm a good person to give advice since I'm struggling and have gained 15 pounds back.....But.....
You can increase your exercise to 60 minutes a day. that's what my nurse had told me.....Or mix up your exercise, lift weights instead of walk, etc...
Sometimes it's good to mix up your eating too, add more protein, or have a protein shake instead of a meal....
Otherwise you could try the 5day pouch test......
Good luck, Kelly

Stacy, I'm 9 months out also. I have weighed 173/175 for 3 months now. I'm comfortable were I am and I feel great. I don't know if I'll ever get to my (scale) goal, but I know my goals of being healthy and feeling better have been met. I know that once the weather changes and I can get outside again things will fall back in line. Don't be so locked into your scale. You have the tool. It's still there.
