First, please say some prayers or at least think good thoughts, the family is waiting to hear whether they've got a house for a month-to-month lease in Burnsville. It's within a block from Lynn's work. It's only a 3 bedroom, but the price is right until something bigger for the right price turns up.

Next, I've tried to put together a list of everything a new home could possibly need, although I'm sure I've missed a few things. If you would like a copy of this list, please email me at [email protected] with KAHIAPO FAMILY in the subject line.

If you have offered furniture items, I will be in touch with you as soon as we find out when the family will be moving to coordinate pick up and/or delivery of those items.  If the items are small enough to fit in a small SUV I'm trying to gather those items at my house so we have can just move the stuff from my place and create less coordination when they move.

Thanks to everyone who has offered up items for the family, I know Lynn and her family are overwhelmed by the outpouring of support.

Thanks Sam, but really I'm just the middle man - with the generous, kind hearts of others, I'd have nothing to do! Besides, it's an honor to help someone out when they really need it!

Take care!

Tracy - it was great to see you today to make the donation drop. You are a real blessing for handling this, for Lynn & her family, and for those donating.

I hope they got that house!
