How do I post a picture in one of my posts? 

You need to upload the photo first to Facebook, your ObesityHelp album or photobucket... or one of those kinds of places. Then manually highlight the photo and go to EDIT, COPY. Then come here to a new post, click in it and go to EDIT, PASTE. It should paste.

THANKS!  I'll try that with photobucket and see if I can get it to work.
