Help getting back on track
I am in the need of help getting back on track. I had my surgery june 06. I have gained a little back - 15 lbs to be exact. It scares me to have gained that back. If anyone has an inspiration on what they have done to get back on track and stay there please share. Please share you menu plans of what you eat. What can I do? I have started to workout again 3-4 times a week. I know I have to start drinking more water. I know there are others out there that are going through this. Let's help each other out and do this together.
I know I'm only 8 mons out, but I have heard its key to track your food every day. I use the daily plate website to track my food. That way I can count cals, fat, protein, and too much sugar. I can track when I do great and days I don't do so well.
My sister is 4 years out and up 20-30 lbs.. she has been making strides to get back on track with eating and exercising and slowly losing what she's gained. She's also logging her food now to keep herself accountable for what she choose to eat.
Do you still work with a bariatric dietitian through your WLS office? That's an idea also?
Congrats on the job well done.. I hope at 2 years I have done as well as you have!
