Mncare help!!

Hi, I have Medica through Mncare and my surgeons office just told me Mncare has a $10,000 cap on all inpatient. Medica says they have no problem covering the entire surgery that its Mncare with the problem. Is this a mistake???? If anyone can tell me if theyve had mncare and how it was working with them that would be so greatly appreciated!
