Rethink the numbers on the scale... great insight

A super great insight to our obsession with numbers on the scale via my Healthpartners Wellness Program website:

"Your actual weight fluctuates day to day, so weighing yourself once a week can be a good measure of change. It can be better to weigh yourself in the morning before you get dressed.

Remember: success is not measured by the number on the scale; rather, success is measured by the changes you are making which are improving your health even before any change can be seen on the scale."

That is SO true.  And you know, Stacy, as women our weight really fluctuates a lot.  Some people like to weigh each day as a test, but even then, it should be at the same time with the same amount of clothing on for consistency.  You do look great and I hope you are feeling good.
