I have found help for my Carb. addiciton! :O)
I have been using the induction phase on Atkins.com. After three days it took all my cravings away. I am not "doing" the actual Atkins diet as I wil NEVER go on a diet again since I don't need to with this wonderful tool I have! But......this phase seems to detox my body and I just don't crave carbs at all. I have not been rigid after the first few days....I will have a bite of something here and there but that is it! This has helped me do what we are all suppose to do after wls. No grazing, protein and some fruits and veggies! That feels SO good to me!

Thanks for sharing......I went on the site and printed out everything for phase 1 induction......I also have been eating too many carbs.....

The first phase is very strict...but it does the trick! It says to do it for 15 days, I did it for four. The first day was horrible...I could have cried! LOL.....but really!
Today this is what I have eaten and I am honestly stuffed........
two eggs
turkey bacon
(Sometimes when I am sick of eggs I make "Muffin in a Minute" You can look that up on Atkins if you want the recipe.....simple and takes one minute! :O)
coffee with cream
pork chop
Atkins bar (advantage bar.....15 grams of protein of something)
Jello with real whip cream on top
I am so full right now and I still could have dinner...... we'll see!
I also have shrimp alot and dip it in butter! YUMO!
No snacking needed on this plan! Yay
