Where Have You Walked This Week?

 

This past week has been crazy and not just in my head.  I have walked near my house in the country, in downtown Minneapolis close to where I work, in Northern Minnesota near our cabin, in Santa Fe, New Mexico while on a business trip, and even at the Denver airport when I couldn’t sit still during a layover.  All told I suppose I walked somewhere between 25 and 30 miles in the past 7 days.  After such a busy week you would think I would be exhausted, but I actually feel unusually energetic and in a better frame of mind than when the week started.  Behold the power of exercise I guess.  Where have you walked this week?

I have walked at work, at the mall a few times, around the "steady" as we call it - it's a nature type trail around a local marsh. Probably around 6 miles this week. I pale in comparison RP. Have a great w/e!

I walked 3 miles at Fitness 19, 2 miles at home and all over the second hand store at Sunray, only to find out they don't take checks and I gave hubby my cash card.   She shops, she scores, she slinks out of the store with NOTHING after filling her cart.
