It has been a while since I have visited the OH board - it is great to see all the new pictures so many of you have posted - looking good losers! Congratulations on all your success. YAY YOU!

To those newbies - best wishes on your journey - the connections you make on this board are the greatest support you will ever find.

Just a brief update - I am coming up on my 2 year anniversary in March and currently I am 3#under my goal. Feeling great!

I have lost so much and gained even more with the friends and WLS family I have met on these boards.

Thank you all. I will try and post more and be more active on the boards and coffees.
