3 wks out and weight gained
First off throw away that scale... okay.. just put it away....
Your body is going to flux a few pounds even daily... water, hormones, healing, etc... salt even...
I am almost 7 months out and I only weighed myself once a month when I was a fresh post op.. and mostly let my clothes do the talking for me.
Now I weigh once a week. I always go up a few lbs around my monthly cycle, and I try to drink more water then because I tend to need alot of sleep then and get tired easily. And then I lose a few again... the flux...
You'll also notice when you're losing fat and the whole estrogen hormone flux thing.. I would retain, stall.. and then lose a bunch of numbers on the scale again...
It's totally normal... :)

25 pounds in a month is fantastic - it really is! 1 pound is nothing to be concerned about and just normal weight fluctuation. You will have normal fluctuations and stalls but as long as you are following your post-op plan, you should have great results. It took me 2 years to reach my goal of losing 101 pounds. I have since lost 15 more and am the smallest I've been since high school and am at a healthy weight! It came off slow, but now in retrospect, I'm glad it did!
Good luck and keep up the great success!
