Brachiplasty Approved

Sorry I haven't been around latey, have been feeling kind of out of the loop lately. Decided 2010 was my year to get my weight loss kick started again and really focus.

And I think I got the motivation I have been needing.

Got a letter from BCBSMN sometime last week, but haven't opened it until just now.

They approved my brachiplasty surgery! I am honestly in shock!!

I had seen two different plastic surgeons: one sent in to have a breast reduction and one sent in for the brachioplasty. I was sure the breast reduction would not be covered and honestly I don't want a reduction, I want a lift, but the plastic surgeon wanted to give it a try and see if they would cover it as a reduction...no such luck.

After I got the first denial letter, I wasn't feeling too positive. I am soooo excited! I just can't believe it! After everything I have heard about how difficult it was to get brachioplasty covered by insurance, they approved me in less than 2 weeks! Crazy!

Ok doll - you have to tell me how you qualified for this.. I have the worst bat wings in the world already and I have about 70 more pounds to lose (my goal not doctors)

Congratulations!

Dr. Benn gave me an incredible tool.. and I intend to make the most out of it!!
