I'm still around and still alive
It's been a while since I've gotten on here, but just thought I'd check in and let everyone know I'm still around. Things have been going well. I had a bit of a hiccup about a month ago with some stuff that was going on. I was busy taking care of others and not taking care of myself. I got back on track and I made it through the holidays with out any problems. I finally broke yet another plateu and back to loosing again. Other than that, not much else to report. Life is good and looking forward to the year to come. Hope all is well with the rest of you!
