Anyone?

Is there anyone here that is from the Bemidji area??? I'm hoping to have surgery in Park Rapids by D. Smith.  My last nutritional visit is next week and then it's up to the insurance.  Just wondering if there is anyone out there?

I live north of Duluth.  Here for support if you need.  Hope you find others too.  Praying that these last couple of hoops pass quickly as you progress to surgery and recovery.  Keep your head up high.  Post often.

I'm *kinda* close....I live in Red Lake Falls.  But I go through Bemidji about once a month on the way to my parents and back for the weekend to visit.

I hope things go quickly!!! I asked in Park Rapids and they said there is no one in my area going through the process.   We have a whole day thing with others there but most were not from here either.  I know Red Lake Falls.  My high school math teacher is from there.   I went to school in Clearbrook-Gonvick.  Glad to meet you to it would be nice to have someone to discuss topics with. Thank you!

Have you attended the support groups in Bemidji?? I sent you a reply earlier with my email address. I just had surgery on the 18th. I attend the support group at the hospital here in Bemidji, There are anywhere from 10 - 3 people a time. I find it very helpful in talking with people who have been through it...there are people from all different stages from thinking of it to a month out to 4 years...so you get a good perspective. the next mtg is Jan 11th. The only problem is it is once amonth, I would like it to be more often, maybe twice a month...but there is another support group that meets at Petes place. I was thinking of going there and checking that group out too...check your book/info you received from the info day the information on groups is there.

I got my insurance ok real quick, so things should go ok....SMith's team will make sure things go ok!! :)
