Appointment with the surgeon

I have my appointment with my surgeon tomorrow so I think I am getting closer to having surgery? It is hard to tell. The steps to surgery and where I am on them has been a mystery for me from the start. I have been at this now since June.

I am getting really anxious to get this going. So I am hoping I will find out something tomorrow.

For my steps to surgery, once I met with my surgeon (where he went over any of my questions & went through the whole process of the surgery) he then took my file & sent everything into the insurance company for approval. That takes a week or two (depending on your insurance company) and once my surgeon's office had got the approval from insurance they set up a date for surgery and then I was set! This was my process, not sure if it will be the same for you, but I believe you're nearing the end of the steps you need to do prior to surgery. Congrats!!

I think it depends on where you go but for me meeting with my surgeon was the last step I had to take before I was scheduled. Hoping it's the same for you as you're getting anxious! :)
