I had my surgery two months ago, have lost now over 70 pounds (total pre and post op) and can still wear the same jeans!!  I have been trying on the next size down and I could get them on ok but could not zip them.  Today I decided I would try again and they FIT!!!  My dress pants look pretty bad on me, much worse than my jeans did.  One of my problems is I have to have petite and they are still to long so finding them at the thrift stores is a diamond in the rough!!
Next size down here I come!!  Donna

We all lose weight differently - at different rates, in different places on our bodies...  The thing is, you are LOSING!!!  70 pounds?

70 pounds is fabulous, Donna!   And so is getting into smaller jeans.   The funny thing about trying on your old jeans is that your body loses in different places so you don't realize that you may be down two sizes until you try on different cuts/styles of jeans.  I've picked up some great petite jeans at Savers in Maplewood for $4 or $5.   I go on Tuesdays (Senior Day!!) and get 40% off their marked prices.  I just donated about 20 pair back in sizes 18 - 20, so I hope somebody gets them for a song.

You are just rockin' that tool!    Way to go!!

Thanks for the tip Tuna.  I know I took a pair of 18's from you at Swapkins this fall, they are an 18P.  Not in them yet but will be soon I hope!   Donna

Thanks everyone...I work on not being so hard on myself but I know I am doing really good I just have that problem that I can't see it in the mirror.  Today I am wearing a pair of dress pants I had from 10 years ago!!  Donna
