So how'd you do
I did well at meal times.. Made good choices, it was the GRAZING that killed me.
I'm not a major dumper, so a cookie here.. a bite there... I'm getting rid of all of that stuff when I get home tonight. Executive decision!
Today I packed my food, weighed and measured and am going to the gym (went Thursday and Saturday too)
The scale showed UP two pounds this morning.. My goal is to get that off, plus 3 this week..
