I got my date scheduled today!!

I have gone to the support group meetings for just the past few months.  I've found them to be a great source of information--they usually have a topic and/or speaker.  The people that go have been very nice and are willing to answer any questions and offer support.  You should go next month if it isn't too soon after your surgery....I find that I leave them feeling really glad that I went.
I'm excited...I may just see you on the 7th!

I will for sure still be there.  Even though I don't know you two, it makes me feel a little bit more at ease about the whole thing.   We can race the halls together. :)

Good luck to all 3 of you ladies, on your surgeries in Jan.!!  It'll be here before you know it & then you'll be joining the losers bench with all of us!  Fingers crossed for all of you on uneventful surgeries & quick recoveries!!!

Oh, and I had Laguna (he did a GREAT job!) & my surgery at Fairview Southdale like you guys will.  The nursing staff there is amazing & they have this wonderful meditation room on the 3rd floor by the rooms you'll be staying in.  It's so nice & relaxing in there; it's a great place to walk to while you're strolling the halls.

Thanks Melissa!  That's a good inside scoop.  I like relaxing meditation rooms :)  and that will give me a destination to walk to.  cool!
