Support Group in Maple Grove/Elk River area?

Does anyone know of any support groups in the Maple Grove/Elk River area?

A bunch of us get together for coffee every other Saturday morning at the Byerly's Caribou in Maple Grove starting at about 8:30 a.m. We post about it on here. Lots of great people get together to chat about surgery and life in general!

So this coming weekend....is it an "on" week or "off" week??

Our next Maple Grove coffee will be on the 26th, and YES, there will be plenty of us there who are not into the day-after-Christmas-shopping thing, so JOIN US!

 

There will be a St. Cloud one this week though! Someone posted about it already.

Hi neighbor!  I live in Elk River and just saw your post.  I know of the Byerly's group, but have yet to attend as it's hard for me to get going that early on a Saturday morning, plus I am a wedding photographer so I am busy most Saturdays.  I know there are quite a few of us in the Elk RIver/Otsego area....maybe we could meet on opposite weeks (of the MG group)  in the evening at Caribou or Starbucks in Elk River.  Anyone else up to that idea on the NW side??  I would love to get active in a group and would love to help start one up  :)  You can feel free to e-mail me as well (or anyone else for that matter) at  [email protected]

There is also a WLS support group that meets at Elk Ridge Health Center (near the Sherburne County Courthouse on the west side of Elk River) on the lower level from 6-8 PM on the first and third Mondays of the month.  The next meeting is December 21st.

Another Elk River gal here! I would be interested in possibly attending an occasional Saturday coffee in town here... especially on the off-Maple Grove weeks! We have 3 Caribou's to choose from :o) I know there are some St. Cloud folks also, and this may be an option for them also!
