12-12-06....That was MY day! It changed my life forever. I made it to the bench. I started my journey. The next year after I had seen ALOT of ups, downs and all arounds. I lost 130 in 9 months! I continued to lose for a total of -150. MIND BLOWING! Now 3 yrs out and I am still down 130. I am a bit frustrated with having gained the 20. People say I got too thin and that I look better now but I "felt" better 20 pounds ago. I'm not gonna worry tho cuz I AM FAR BETTER NOW then I was 3 yrs ago!
I am proud of where I am and had to share my special day with you all who understand how important this day is for me!!!

To those of you just joining the bench: HANG ON for the time of your life!! woohoooooo!!! You will have bad days but the good days are ahead!! Be encouraged that a healthy you is emerging! and CONGRATS!!!
