I'm so excited.  Six months of hard work and tomorrow is my big day.  This 10 day liquid diet has been difficult, but really did go fast, and I lost 14 pounds!  I have to beto the hospital at 6 am for pre-op.  Surgery time is 8 am.  I'll let you know how it goes when it's all over with!  Wish me luck!

Wow, I appreciate all your thoughts and prayers for me.  Dr. Svendsen said that I had a perfect surgery.  He said I did a good job with the liquid diet and my liver was shrunk down nicely.  He said my anatomy was perfect and the whole procedure could not have gone better!

I'm feeling rough, very tired.  I'm on liquid percocet for pain, taking that about every 4 hours and it seems to do the trick.  I had a lot of trouble with nausea, but it seems to be undercontrol now.   I just finished sipping my lunch and I think I'll take another nap.  Maybe shower tonight.  The nurses are fantastic...and so encouraging.

I will get to go home tomorrow morning!
