MY NURSE APPOINTMENT

My appointment went well. Found out I will have to lose 16 pounds before surgery.Less than what I expected.  Will start my diet and excersise program after Christmas. Made my shrink apt have to have some blood work done Monday. But overall I am happy to be on my way.. Got my first before pic taken... Gosh I haven't had a entire body shot taken forever. I have a surgery planned for Dec 14th to remove a tumor on my ovary and they may end up taking the entire thing out. So another thing to look forward to... lol

Congratulations for getting everything off the ground.  Pretty soon you will be a loser like the rest of us!  Good luck with the ovary surgery.

I'm so glad you're appt. went well!!  16 lbs. isn't too bad (I had to lose 15).  That's great that you have everything underway...this prep time will go by so quickly!!!
