To all those who are having stalls in weight loss
Hi I have not been on in a while I just want to say a few things to those new bees as they are called on OH. I was a person who in the beginning had a lot of regrets with my RNY surgery. I could not eat , all foods tasted bad ,. I had to return to the hospital for being dehydrated,I had a stricher, and I was on a stall for 1 month. I went in for my post-up check up and I was told that my body was fighting against the surgery. After a lot of soul searching and coming to terms with my new way of life my stall ended. I think a lot of my problems were mental. I up my water intake and my protein, my doctors did not want his patients to drink protein drinks. Now that I am losing the weight, it is not as fast as some but I am losing. I am glad I am not losing fast because I am able to tone up my body to help prevent all that sagging skin and it is working . I have found a community center who has donated equipment from Curves and membership is almost nothing to join and go work out. The machine are great and I am toning up and losing more weight. Now I am glad I had the surgery because I have not felt this good in 25 years. This is just something I want to tell all of the WLS friends on OH.
My current stats HW/275/SW251/CW215/GW/150 I forgot to post my stats This is to encourage those who are new to the weight loss journey. I have also went from size 24 to comfortable 16 I also want to say just because the scale is not moving does not mean you are not losing. You have to look at your inches lost also
