I am still here...lol

Well I am still here, sorry I have been way busy...last tuesday night (nov.17th) I was driving home from work and hit a deer...and 15 minutes after that was my 40th birthday..happy birthday to me..lol.  At least 5 grand worth of damage to my truck, thank god for insurance.  Oh and I am in onederland now...my goal was to be under 200 by my 40th birthday...and I am 198!! 

I will try and post some pictures soon.

I am fine, I did hurt my neck a bit, but my doc adjusted me and it feels better, now just sitting here waiting for my truck to be fixed.

That is my 1st goal too, just being at least 199.  I can't even remember when I was below 200 lbs....over a decade at least!
