Woohoo...i cannot believe it!  I was wearing a size 22 two months ago and they were tight, I mean soooooo tight i should have been in a 24!  Yesterday I went to Macy's and picked up a pair of size 18 jeans!  SIZE 18!(they were on sale from $85 - $21...I'm not spending the big bucks on clothes just yet!) The coolest part was that the button did up easy!  I also went into Banana Republic and tried on a cute sweater and it fit!  I haven't shopped at BR since 2000!  I'm more thrilled to be able to shop at mainstream places like the Gap/BR!  I still am too big for their pants/jeans, but hopefully by the end of the year I can fit into a 16?

I have to tell you, I was so inspired by Elena's sexy 'boots' that my new goal is to be able to ffit into a pair of knee high boots by next Autumn!

I thought I'd be in a size 20, but dropping two sizes was the best medicine ever!

I've also dropped 8+ BMI points and in 2 lbs I will be out of the worst catagory...morbidly obese and I will be 'severly obese'....sure, it's not fabulous, but each little goal is a big step for me.

I have two daughters, my almost 5 year old weighs 35 lbs, my 2.5 year old weighs 25 lbs, when I've lost 10 more pounds i will have lost the equivalent of my two little girls!

Wow that's so great to hear!!!  I love hearing about all these great moments that post-op peeps experience.  Right now I'm only about 4 days post-op, so I'm still experiencing pain & of no real weight loss.  It's nice to know in such a short time some of the great changes that could happen to me!!

Keep up the GREAT work!!

YIPPEE! How exciting for you!

I love how you compare your amazing weight loss to the weight of your girls! Makes me REALLY in awe of the fact that I've lost as much weight so far as my oldest son weighs! YEAH!

Keep up the GREAT work!

Wow, way to go!  That must have been absolutely thrilling!  Can't wait to get there.  Thank you for sharing and giving me inspiration!  Keep up the fabulous work.

PS I just chuckled at the severly/morbidly obese comment.  Too wish to become severly obese!  Now who would have thought that would be a goal I'd ever wish to achieve?!  Yikes!

That right there would be a WOW moment, honey!!  Enjoy the heck out of them!!!

I like to relate the lost weight to it's equivalent in bags of dog food.  We have a big doggie, and those 35# bags of food are no small chore to haul around!  To think I used to carry FIVE of them around on my frame?

There are no words.
