Any update on Jess

just checking to see if anyone knows how Jess is doing?  I hope she is better........

I've never met her, but I saw her post on the R & R board last week, I think.  It seems like she may be getting better slowly? 

Hi Marsha, I just got moved to rehabilition in the hospital to try to help me walk again.  This area has computers.  I am slowly but surley getting better, but no where out of the woods.  I am workingon getting on a transplant list, I need liver and a kidney.  I go to dialasys 3 days a week and am in physical therepy the rest of the time.

Holy Crap Woman WELCOME BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!  You gave us all quite a scare.  I am glad your doing better.  I sure hope you get on the donor List ASAP........You and your son are in my thoughts and prayers.  I wish you the best of luck.......... HANG in there and keep fighten the fight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks Marsha, I hve to be 6 months sober first then plead my case to the U of M.  I am looking for hte nearest AA and treatment facility.

Good to see you here, Jess!! Have they considered a live donor for both the kidney and your liver? Are any of your relatives a match?

Yes we are looking into that, my brother will be tested along with other family members.
