Melissa (meldave00) Had Surgey Toady....All is well!!!!!!!!

Hi All,

I just heard from Melissa's husband and he said; "Melissa's weight loss surgery was successful.  She arrived at 9:30 am.  She went under around 12:30 pm and finished about 3:00 pm.  She spent about an hour and a half in recovery.  She woke up about 4:30 pm.  The doctor said the surgery went well, within routine without any hiccups."

YEAHHHH!!!!! 

Melissa is at Fairview Southdale and is expected to be released on Saturday.  If I hear anymore I will post an update.  I do have her room number if you would like it let me know.

I'm so excited for her and can't wait to follow in her footsteps (hopefully soon)!!!!

Melissa when you read this know you were in my thoughts and prayers all day.  Keep us posted on your recovery!

I had my WLS at Fairview Southdale too and I had REALLY amazing care there. They are so attentive and friendly.  Icouldn't have asked for a better place to be during my recovery.
