I think a lot of us have been there... especially when we hit our highest weight.
But it also was the point in our life when we decided to make the decision to get WLS and take our life back. It's a good thought to remember during our weakest moments.

It is so true. We know that we can do amazing things, even in the midst of tragedy and heartbreak. I've always been in awe of the resiliency of human beings.
