Hi guys,

I am just curious how many of you have changed the ay you shop?  What I mean is for example myself....... I CAN NOT  go into any store and just get what I went for there is always more.  Shopping lists don't help me either.  I never liked to shop before but now Holy **** It is like I have a problem.  I went to coffee in Maple Grove and when I left there I got lost (IMAGINE THAT) made a few U turns....found my way to sams club got a few more things than what I wanted and when I left the parking lot BAMM There was a thrift store...... It was like my tires squeeled and i burned rubber and off I went.  Anyways I had a few things I found I had them in my cart and awhile later put them back.  I did find a really cute pair of new dress shoes and a dress for church.

My Goodness I never liked to shop before and now I LOVE IT........

So have any of you changed in that way?????

I'm shopping has not changed!! I have always loved to shop!!! But what I love is that I can find better deals not having to shop in the plus size area!! Many more options at better prices..

Glad you had a good day!!

Hi Marsha

You look great!  Yes I am shopping now more than ever. I say it is because I NEED new things cuz my old things don't fit..............

not there yet, but one of my 'goals' is to be able to fit clothes from the Boden catalogue.  They are my favorite styles and my kids wear a lot of 'mini boden' so it would be nice if their Mum could fit the cool stuff too!

One day....one day

Hi Marsha,

I have NEVER enjoyed shopping... grocery or clothes shopping. I am guessing the clothes shopping thing was because it was SO hard to find cute, affordable Plus Sized things to wear.

Since I was approved for surgery and got my date, I have been an enthusiastic visitor to the thrift store each week on Tuesday (their big color tag sale day). I have no clue what sizes I should be looking for, but the idea of NOT having to go near the Plus Sizes has made me more excited to shop. I would bet once I really see the weight coming off I will be going nuts at garage sales and thrift stores, on a mad mission like you :o)

Clothes shopping will definitely be different for me.  I've used online catalogs and had things made for my big size for years.  Shopping in stores sounds good to me!

Hi sweetie....cloth shopping is much more fun now. I just can't get myself to go do it anymore....I need winter clothes but no desire to go.

Have fun...as long as you are enjoying yourself!!

I've always been a shop-a-holic.... Now I shop in stores instead of online and at Lane Bryant!! and more often I think??? So now I am a shop-a-holic plus!! Its a good thing I don't have credit cards or I would really be in trouble!! Eeeeek!
