Liquid Diet at ANW??

Hi everyone-

It's been a long time, and I have a question.

Back in 2004-2005 when I had my surgery, Mpls Bariatric Surgeons had a liquid diet kit that they offered as an option for the pre-op liquid diet.  For the life of me I can't remember the brand.  I know it wasn't Optifast, but something somewhat similar.

Does anyone remember?  I'm thinking of doing it again to jump start my weight loss.

I ordered a plan that the NUT at Abbott recommend at http://www.bariatricdiet.com/pre-surgery.htm.  I didn't know that this is out of Plymouth and you can go pick up if you want to save yourself some money on the shipping.
