It's worth it to work out! Even if the scale.....
Last june I met for a free session with a personal trainer and had all my measurements and body fat tested. Last Sunday the same person tested me again to see the imrpovements. The scale did not move one pound but my body composition dropped SIX points! This is the amount of muscle I have compared to fat in my body! (I had to look the definition up)
So...don't stop movin' and groovin' people, It does pay off!!
