OT Feeling out of it today

For those of you that take depression meds.....I feel better when I don't take them now.....I did a test myself and didn't take them for a week, I felt great, happy, energized.....Today I took one and I'm down, tired, having old thoughts & feelings....WTH.......

Plus I just heard from my Son, I'm taking a "ME" trip to Duluth and was going to hook up with him a few times, He told me now that he has 1 day open out of the 5....I guess it will just be a "ME" trip......

Today is just weird, I feel like I'm missing something in life, but not sure what......

Totally blew my 5day pouch test today......uhhh....

As usual my hubby is gone on business.....

Girl, stopping depression meds cold turkey is a bad idea. That's probably why you feel so awful - it was a shock to your system to stop them and when you took one today - BAM!. Always ween yourself off slowly and hopefully under a doctor's supervision. ***HUGS***

I know what you're saying, and your right....But I felt GREAT off of them.......Tomorrow I'm not taking one and see how I feel....I have my counselor appt. next Thursday, I will talk to her about it then....

All you can do is ask your doc. Best of luck to you. I know how fricking frustrating depression meds can be.
