"Nectar" by Syntrax- Ever heard of it??

Hello!

I am planning for my upcoming VBG and purchased 3 tubs of protein powders last night online.

Wondering if anyone has used the "Nectar" products and how you used them.

My surgeons office recommended them, but I want to ask actual users what they think of them.

Do you use as a supplement to add protein or in place of a meal?

I haven't tried the Nectar ones yet, but other people here have tried and liked it.  What flavors did you get?

I got the Caribbean Cooler and Crystal Sky and then one of the Chocolate Mint Meal replacement.  I have a real hard time eating breakfast.  I gag with anything solid in my mouth til about 10:00am.  I can do a smoothe shake.  So, hopefully this will be a good breakfast.

I hope the Nectar is good.  I'd just like to know how to use it.

A lot of people love the fruity nectar flavors - I really don't like them at all. I couldn't even give the jugs away. 

There is another version called Nectar Sweets -- and those I love.  Chocolate Truffle, Latte Cappuccino and Vanilla Bean are all really good.   I mix them with some cold decaf, soy milk and sf hazelnut and I'm in heaven.

Vitamin Shoppe carries the Nectar brand and they will order any flavor you want if they don't have it in stock. Then they just call you when it arrives and you can pick it up - no shipping. I do it all the time.  They also let you exchange if you don't like one you buy.  I trade my gross Nectar Fuzzzy Navel for Chocoalte truffle and never looked back :)

Awesome!  I have a major sweet tooth, so I am hoping the flavors I got will work.  I ordered on line.

I have to say Yumm Yumm! I've bought Apple Estacy and Carib. Cooler. I've tried a few other sample packs and was pleased with them also. Strawberry Kiwi would be great with a little rum...

I am the same way in the morning, protien drinks are perfect for me. I don't have any good ideas to mix with them but I think worldaccordingtoeggface has some ideas.

But the good news is that everyone's tastes buds after surgery are different and so I hope you tolerate and like them!

I tried a sample of the Strawberry Kiwi just yesterday from GNC.  I loved it.  She said that it can be eaten like a pixie stick as well, or sprinkled over yogurt, etc.
I would love to get it from you.
