As WLS graduates are we more susceptible to the flu or H1N1?  Do we qualify to be in the high risk group?  Are our immune systems naturally lower?

We are no more susceptible to it than anyone else, unless you have been told you're immune compromised.. but no, WLS does not knock us into a high risk group. Our immune systems work normally.
(I work at a hospital and asked our H1N1 committee)

I was in to see my PCP on Monday - asked him if he thought I should get it and he said no - I have already gotten my 'regular' flu shot  - we'll see what happens!

I've had my regular flu shot, but it's good to know that I'm not in any high risk group.
