please could someone help or have advice
You are up to 150? What is your BMI? What was your start weight? Are you eating carbs between meals? Are you hungry alot? Are you drinking fluids? Are you excercising? Are you eating late at night? Are you retaining fluid? Don't be scared, just evaluate where you are at and what may be causing the gain, then work on that. You could also try the five day pouch test...that is very effective for some people. I would love to weigh 150...probably won't ever see it.

If you made it down to 139, you already know the physical discipline things you need to do to make the best use of your weight loss surgery - fluids, protein-rich diet, supplements, and exercise. You mentioned two things that would suggest that some part of your emotional journey is still ahead of you....shoveling crap in your mouth and being sad all the time. Having had my own recent emotional struggles, I can say that going to support groups and seeing a bariatric psychologist can help you overcome whatever it is that is causing you to make poor diet choices and feel sad. You can still have your dream.

Your surgery was less than 3 months ago. If you already made it to 139, I'm assuming you were something of a "lightweight" to begin with, who probably had a number of co-morbidities that qualified you for WLS.
I HOPE you have not allowed yourself to look at WLS as simply a means of losing weight. It is the start of a whole new relationship with food, one that does not take kindly to using food as a way to numb the emotional issues we all struggle with. If you are having emotional issues, you need to address those while CONTINUING to follow the rules we all know by heart. You don't get to stop once you reach a healthy weight, you have to manage it for the rest of your life.
Seek support - formal groups, coffee gatherings, etc. Seek psychological help if you might need it. Don't give up your dream, work on making it a life-long reality!
