Cold (the brrrrr kind, not the sick kind) question

So I know most people get cold after WLS. Like mega cold - can never get warm kind of thing. Well I don't have that. What I get is physically cold, but I can't tell unless someone touches me and tells me I feel cold. Am I weird? Does anyone else get like this? 

I'm no expert, but I do have a teenage daughter.  It sounds to me like you're a vampire.

Just teasin' of course.  I don't have an answer, but I wonder if it has anything to do with you being in a much warmer climate?

And I don't know either, but Florida sounds really sunny & warm to me right now, so I'm going with the climate thought process, too.

It's cold & damp here in MN and I do find it hard to warm up & stay warm once my body gets cold. It usually requires a hot bath or shower and them some fleece PJ's. But, I wouldn't trade it for my old self that's for sure!

Have your thyroid checked, I get very cold and I'm not even in the baby stages of losing weight.  Turns out the freezing fingers and toes are from my thyroid.

Very interesting! I've never had problems with my thyroid in the past (they check it at least once a year due to my significant hair loss that started at age 14) but I'll have them check at my 3 month checkup.

I've not had that issue but I do know I'm cold more often now - have to have a heater at my desk even!
