OMG!!! I am pregnant
Hi Jackie.....you will be fine.....I got pregnant about 16 months out....but I do know a few girls that got pregnant earlier than that....about the time that you did. What to expect? It's been 23 years since I had a baby, but 2 new grandsons are reminding me of what it's like. Your shoulder will have a spot on it and you'll spend half your time with the smell of spitup on you. They crap at inopportune times and places. They melt your heart with toothless grins and break your heart with unconsolable crying. They learn new things so fast it makes you think you got the only genius on the block and instill great pride when you are the one that taught them. New babies are one of God's greatest blessings; they come with the same unconditional love He gives us.
Oh, wait. You meant what to expect in a pregnancy after WLS. Well, how should I know? I'm only a few months out and well into menopause!

Thank you guys, and TuneyJune you are toooooo funny! Thank u for the giggle. I have a 4yr old daughter and now I'm going to start over, oh no! LOL I'm 41yrs old and haven't hit menopause yet, lol...... My sister just had a baby girl August 25th and I've been helping her out. She also had the RNY (7/17/07) and had a perfect pregnancy. I'm hoping all goes well with mine, but besides the weightloss surgery, I have Diabetes have had 3 misscarriages in the past. So a lil' bit scared of the unknown....
