Elena, I LOVE seeing your progress updates. You are a wonderful example of using the tool of weight loss surgery and living the best life possible. I can only imagine how great you feel and how much your health has improved since your surgery!

I haven't had the opportunity to meet you in person, but I would love to one of these days. Your attitude is always motivating for me and the support you give to all on OH is very appreciated!

Yes your journey has been amazing! Of course because you are amazing! You have used the band just as it has been intended, as a tool. I know you like to see results faster, but look at what you have learned along the way. You look great!
