How Are You Moving Today?

I walked two miles under a moon and star lit sky early this morning. I plan to walk at lunch time and again with my daughter after work. I am liking today's cool, sunny weather.

I walked 2.5 miles at lunch time today. What a glorious day!

I went and worked out at the gym for two hours early this morning. It is so sunny outside right now I am going to head out for a walk too.
