How Are You Moving Today?

I skipped my early morning walk today.  I will walk in the dark and I will walk in the rain, but not at the same time...too dangerous.  I walked about a mile and a half in the rain at lunch time today.  It was strangely peaceful right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis, unlike the usual hub bub you find there.  I have plans to walk with my daughter at the U of M law school, but we will see how the weather is before making any kind of decision about that.
