Great news for me!
I wanted to share this news at Maple Grove coffee tomorrow but last minute stuff came up and I can't make it 
I miss you guys.....
So here it is......
I stepped on the scale yesterday fully clothed and it said 199.0!!
Holy crap, I haven't seen a "1" infront of the numbers for years and years.
Slow and steady the pounds keep coming off. I am so excited about this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I did my counseling with Health Partners they asked me if I only lost ___ pounds when would I be disapointed. My number was 66 because I wanted to get to at least 199 and 66 would have put me at exactly 200. Well I didn't even see 200, it just went right on past it.
